RISK ASSESSMENTS
Carry out risk assessments for all foreseeable risks involved in the business, including:
General Risks (tasks and circumstances), Hazardous Substances (CoSHH), Fire, Noise, Vibration, Explosive Atmosphere, Manual Handling, Legionella, Asbestos, Display Screen Equipment. (this list is not exhaustive)
- Assessments will be competed in order of priority as perceived by the management which may be subject to change if circumstances dictate.
- All assessments will be carried out to HSE guidelines including tests and measurements where required.
- All assessments will be reviewed/renewed regularly as appropriate within a two-year cycle (or earlier if significant changes affect the risk).
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Records will be kept to provide evidence of compliance in all quarters. These may take the form of service/maintenance/calibration records, in-house check sheets, technical and H&S training documents, health surveillance, PPE checks, etc.
REVIEW
The management programme will be subject to a full audit/review procedure at least once within the two-year cycle.
